Privacy notice

Last updated October 26, 2026

neuromodtxs.com is an educational website written and maintained by Adam Hart, MD. It does not provide medical care, does not create a physician–patient relationship, and does not ask you to create an account, submit health information, or make payments.

What this site collects

  • Hosting and analytics. The site is hosted on Squarespace. Like most websites, Squarespace’s servers record standard technical data when you visit (such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the referring page) and Squarespace provides aggregate visitor statistics to the site owner. Squarespace’s own practices are described in its privacy policy.

  • Cookies. Squarespace sets cookies that are needed for the site to function and, where you accept them, cookies used for its visitor analytics. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change that choice through your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies does not limit access to any content.

  • No third-party advertising or tracking code. As of the date above, no Google Analytics, advertising pixels, social-media tracking scripts or similar third-party trackers have been added to this site. If that changes, this notice will be updated.

  • No forms or messaging. The site has no contact form, newsletter or comment feature. If you telephone the clinic numbers listed on the treatment pages, that call is handled by the clinic under its own privacy practices, not by this website.

What this site does not do

  • It does not collect, store or transmit health information about you.

  • It does not sell or share personal information.

  • It does not use the information Squarespace collects for any purpose other than understanding how the site is used.

Treatment pages link to journal articles, PubMed, FDA and government documents, manufacturer websites, patient organizations and videos. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this notice does not cover them.

Children

This site is written for adults and for family members of people considering treatment. It does not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices and questions

You can browse this site without accepting non-essential cookies. For questions about this notice, use the clinic contact details shown on the treatment pages. For questions about data held by Squarespace, see the Squarespace privacy policy linked above.

If the way this site collects or uses information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
